It appears that the NY Daily News believes that only coercive force of government will bring an end to the shootings in this country like the one that saw fourteen people killed in San Bernadino, California.  They featured a graphic that showed the tweets of four GOP Presidential candidates each showing condolences and prayer for the victims and their families and then in the middle in big letters "GOD ISNT FIXING THIS"  Here is my reply to that sent to their address, voicers@nydailynews.com

"There is a certain irony in posting this after the 14 people were murdered in San Bernadino, California.  The irony of course is the fact that society, our culture is what has been moving further away from God.  Society/Culture influenced by the liberal likes of your publication has encouraged nothing but Godless behavior from people.  Whether its support for Planned Parenthood and abortions in general, or the gratuitous levels of blood lust and violence in our Movies and Video games, it is institutions like yours that to this day continue to feed the culture which produces such tragedies.  It is NOT the NRA, it is NOT the Second Amendment, it is NOT GOD, that supports and breeds such culture.  The fact that you chose to feature four GOP candidate's tweets asking for prayer and then attempted to mock them by saying "God Isnt Fixing This" shows great levels of disingenuous and malicious intent to further drive society/culture away from God.  While you are indeed well within your constitutional right to publish this, you should understand that actions have consequences and there is no level of government on Earth capable of protecting you from those consequences.  This country sees incidents like this not because God doesn't care or because of a nefarious goal of the NRA to kill people with guns, but because of organizations like yours that promote hate, that sensationalize and make infamous people that commit these crimes against society and then prop up politicians that seek to exploit these incidents to further infringe upon the natural rights of individuals.  SHAME ON YOU!  I'll Pray for you to see the error of your ways.

It is most unfortunate that while the majority of Conservatives are offering up prayers and condolences to the victims, the majority of Liberals are politically posturing and blaming the likes of the NRA and the Second Amendment.  

#Mizzou Police Tell Students To Report Hurtful Speech

Ahhh yes, Students at the University of Missouri have been told in an email that they should report hurtful or hate speech to police.  This of course comes on the heels of cowardly moves by their former President and Chancellor to resign after a protest named Concerned Student 1950 flipped their emotional skulls upside down over some individuals spouting some racist comments and such on campus.

The University is threatening to take disciplinary action upon any individual using their freedom of speech as long as they deem it hate speech or hurtful speech..  This is in direct conflict with the First Amendment of the US Constitution which trumps University policy.  This is the sort of catalyst that can lead to attacks on Christians, Pro-Life activists, and Limited Government Supporters.  Anything that would "trigger" or cause someone to be offended and if agreed upon by the university could fall within these parameters.  This behavior by authorities can never lead to anything good.

Then you have this Debbie Wasserman Shultz look a like and wanna be that apparently teaches on campus that attempted to "get muscle" to remove reporters from an area where the protests were taking place which represents further disdain for the First Amendment freedom of the press on public property.

The #GOP Trump Factor

Ever since joining the GOP Race for the Presidency, Donald J Trump has been toward the top...Then at the Top of the polls... His obvious controversial comments about Illegal Immigrants has obviously struck a favorable chord with those in the Republican Party.  Of course then came the circus freak show that was the first GOP debate in Cleveland Ohio by FoxNews.  The unusual back and forth tension between Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly only served to invalidate the entire debate.  The events that occurred after the Debate only served to thus far thrust the GOP race into the tabloid reality TV realm.  Whether it was Trump's perceived comments about blood coming out of Megyn's wherever or whether it was Erick Erickson's revoking Trump's invite to the RedState gathering of 2015, or the Rosie O'Donnell spat about smearing period blood in people's faces.. Take your pick...All of these events have simply made for great entertainment television, but not good politics.  Of course does all of the times Trump has sided with the Democrats matter?  Does all the times Trump admitted to buying access to politicians for personal financial gain matter?  Does all the times that Trump took up leftist positions on Abortion, Guns, Healthcare, Taxes, matter?  Does all the times that Trump has switched parties matter?  It should... But what we have seen from those I have personally labeled as "Trump Humpers" is nothing short of a pure repeat of what we saw during both of Obama's campaigns for the presidency..Pure unadulterated blind devotion with a side of vile hateful often racist behavior.  Their desire for victory has clearly overshadowed their conservative values and can only be described as putting their Emotions over their Intelligence.. Of course this is only one step above Obama supporters which only have Emotions...

Then on the other side of the spectrum, you have the GOP Establishment pundits like George Will on Fox News telling people that Trump Supporters should join the rest of the GOP on the terms of the establishment...Not theirs... Of course this does absolutely nothing but make people support Trump even more.  Every time that someone of notoriety comes out and publicly attacks Trump, He retorts with something to the affect of they are Stupid or they are slobs or they have no chance..  and his fan base eats it up with the fervor not seen since the height of Hitler's rise in Germany.  Trump could cut the heads off of puppies and his fan base would cheer and take to social media with him holding the decapitated head declaring that he would be the leader that changes DC.  Ann Coulter took to twitter declaring that she didn't care if Trump allowed abortions as long as he took to task his "Immigration Reform".  This is precisely the sort of sycophant behavior that must not be allowed to continue to have influence in this race.

To Attack Trump or Not to Attack Trump....That my friends is the question... Many of Trump's beleaguered followers believe that Rand Paul has sunk in the polls as a result of his attacks on Trump at the Debate and afterward.  Simultaneously, they also believe that Ted Cruz's rise in the polls are a result of his refusal to attack Trump.  This in my humblest of opinions is hogwash because Rand Paul's numbers began to mysteriously drop after he came forward with his 14.5% Fair and Flat Tax plan.  It wasnt because his plan was bad...It was because his plan was bad for the special interests that are best served by politicians that are easily bought and sold that influence those polling organizations.  Both Trump and FoxNews released polling graphics of the first Iowa poll post Debate conducted by the CNN/ORC and they showed Rand Paul with 5%.....But They chose instead to show Jeb Bush who only polled at 4%.  This is nothing new to Fox News because they did the exact same thing to Rand's father Ron when he ran in 2008 and 2012.

In conclusion, This GOP Race has been a complete disgrace thus far.  As long as Donald Trump remains in the race, it will continue to be a complete disgrace.  If you believe that Fox News hates Donald Trump, then I have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell.  

The #GOP "Infighting" and Why It Must Go On!

 In recent weeks since Donald J Trump announced that he was running for President, he has made controversial comments about Illegal Immigrants and most recently about Arizona Senator John McCain.  There is no shortage of opinions both favoring and disapproving of Trump's comments.  The common theme to come out of this is pleas on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook for the GOP to stop the "Infighting" and to unite against the Democratic Party and its agenda.  We saw this plea in both the 2008 Presidential race that saw the GOP nominate Arizona Senator John McCain, and even more so in the 2012 Presidential race in which Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney was handed the nomination.  Of course the GOP lost both of these Presidential Elections to Democrat Barack Obama.  Both years featured pushes by what is known today as the Tea Party.  Both years the GOP pleaded with the Tea Party to stop the "infighting".  Many in the GOP still feel that these two individuals still represent the finest conservatives in the party.  Many more however feel that these candidates of the the past represented moderate republican/democratic-lite positions which led to the lack of voter turn out in 2008 and 2012.  

     

     Infighting in my humblest opinion is precisely what the GOP needs if it ever hopes to carve out a real identity for its self in a toxic political atmosphere which people increasingly believe that both political parties are complicit and in cahoots with one another to continue to divide the masses on issues like Abortion, Gay Marriage, Illegal Immigration, Healthcare, etc.  It is without little doubt that the Republican Party of today simply does not represent Conservatives that value our US Constitution.  Americans (myself included) are fed up with the theatrics that play out over the Mainstream Media outlets like Fox News and CNN and MSNBC that portray Democratic Party members disagreeing with Republican Party members but when the votes are counted and one bad law/bill after the other is passed in both houses of congress and signed into law by our President, it shows that they are more in agreement than not.  18 Trillion Dollars of Debt shows that there is no problem with the two parties wasting our tax dollars and spending more than it takes in.  

     

     Political races in this nation have always brought out the worst in people.  Even before TV and the Internet, Politicians used newspapers and local leaflets were used to spread negative views of  their opponents.  Even today politicians still pretend to be outraged when their competition reveals something publicly from their past that is either a lie or an inconvenient truth.  The cries for the "infighting" to end is merely nothing more but an attempt to silence dissent from those who are like me tired of the establishment.  It would be as foolish to stop the infighting today as it was in 2008 and 2012.  It would be like telling John Calipari to stop recruiting the best players in the nation and expecting UK Basketball to remain the pinnacle of College Basketball.  Choosing a nominee to represent your political party for the seat of the presidency should not be easy.  This period of time is not the time for unity, its a time for war......May the best Man or Woman prevail!

Liberal Karma regarding the #Siege in #Sydney #Australia!

As we know by now, a "lone-wolf" attack on a Lindt Chocolate shop in Sydney Australia was carried out during December 14-15th.  This attack which saw between 15-20 hostages taken by armed radical Muslim Jihadist!  We saw on the media images of hostages being forced to hold against a window of a black flag that no doubt was a message of Jihad!  During this tragic incident, Liberals were already at work to marginalize this incident by tweeting and facebooking that this does not reflect true Islam and that we should not see this individual as representing true Muslim which they continue to tout the farce that is known as the "Religion of Peace".  They beg for people not to become "Islamaphobists" The "lone-wolf" was killed along with 2 of the innocent hostages.  The following is what I propose would be KARMA coming to America for not outright rejecting and throwing out the window the train wreck that is Political Correctness along with its continued infringement on our Second Amendment rights.

At 11:03 AM on April 3rd 2015, A masked gunman entered a Starbucks cafe in San Francisco, CA. immediately taking everyone hostage.  Screams of praise to Allah and demands of Muslim conversions took place.  San Francisco PD and California Highway Patrol quickly gathered outside as to best figure out how they can end this situation in the most politically correct manner as to not draw the ire of Obama's DOJ!  Having learned how the PD's of Ferguson/St. Louis and NYPD were thrown under the bus by Obama and their respective elected leaders, they wanted to make sure they did not harm nor offend the Muslim Jihadist currently forcing American hostages to hold a black flag up to a window in Starbucks for all of the media of which outlets like CNN and MSNBC will censor for political correctness.  FoxNews and alternative media outlets like Vice News and InfoWars will be the only outlets to cover this incident from beginning to ending!  CNN and MSNBC will show flashes of the incident while having commentary from SJW's about the abuse of Police officers when it comes to minorities including Muslims.  GUNSHOTS ring out as someone apparently did not convert to Islam as demanded.  A little girl begins to cry out in pain and distress as she is currently being raped as is allowed by the Muslim religion.  At this point Nancy Pelosi is on C-Span and National Media attempting to calm the fears of the people in her district pleading for tolerance for the Muslims and issuing warnings about not attacking people over this incident.  MORE gunshots as yet another person refuses to convert to Islam.  Remarkably the police still have not formulated a plan to bring this tragic incident to an end.  Protests have already set up shop just down the road from the Starbucks shop but not against the Jihadist inside Starbucks which has already raped one little girl and killed two others, but against the cops for showing up in mass numbers as they no doubt believe that since he is just one, they should not be many!  It is worth noting at this point that NO ONE inside other than the jihadist is in possession of a firearm.  Starbucks long standing policy of being anti-second amendment and the media's slander of responsible conceal carry citizens has discouraged anyone from entering Starbucks with a concealed weapon.  After demands for military withdrawal from the middle east are ignored, a 30 Second constant round of gun fire is heard from inside the Starbucks, about 20 seconds into this melee, the police finally decide to go inside to apprehend the jihadist.  In the end, 23 people are killed including 2 police officers.  The jihadist is taken into custody receiving serious but not life threatening wounds.  The little girl is impregnated during her rape.  Liberal SJW's act on multiple fronts.  One being to immediately encourage the little girl whose mother was killed in the attack to have an abortion.  The other being that they urge Obama to call this a work place violence incident and a "lone-wolf" attack as to avoid labeling this what it actually was which was an act of TERRORISM!  In the days following, the pundits and Democrat politicians like Chris Murphy of Connecticut will tell people that more guns is not the answer and that this incident more illustrates the need to ban assault weapons!  Moms Demand groups will undoubtedly use this tragic incident to further push for more violations of our Second Amendment rights.

What if we had a #Hollywood version of the #ACA aka #Obamacare!

     As we hear more and more about how the Democrats lied, via Jonathan Gruber, We keep seeing the "stupidity of the American voter" liberal left wing lunatics in Hollywood continue to defend the Affordable Care Act which we know by now is not affordable, not care, but definitely an act.  Here is what I propose!  The Affordable Movie Act! 

     The Government could say that studies show that Americans are happier when they can have affordable access to movies in a theater, and 3D movies at home!  In response to this study, they deem it necessary that every American see no less than 3 movies in a theater per year and purchase at least one 3D movie for home viewing.  They will sell this law under the premise that it will raise the moral of the nation since they say they will be happier.  They will mandate this using the IRS.  The President will come out multiple times and tell you, if you like your actors and actresses, you can keep them in your movies.  The President will also tell you that they will make a special website in which you can use to purchase your movie tickets in advance so that you will be able to walk right through the doors and into the movie.  Congress will hold little debate on this law.  They will also fail to read this law!  One party of congress will pass this law without a single vote from the other party. 

     Hollywood would catch wind of this law and all the writers and actors guilds will demand that they, their families be exempt from this law.  The President, Congress, Supreme Court members will also be exempt from being forced to patron their theaters and buy movies to watch at home!  The Government will place a limit on the amount of money that Theaters will be able to take in from ticket sales.  Popcorn, snack food, drink prices will also be regulated as the government has deemed that all Americans benefit from consuming those items in concert with watching the movie.  As proof of compliance, Americans will have to make copies of their ticket stubs and receipt from consumables purchased at the theater as well as proof that a movie was purchased for home viewing and attach those to their IRS annual tax paperwork. 

     The Government will spend nearly a billion dollars constructing the website designed to make ticket purchasing easier and promoting that site on social media, sports games etc.  The website will crash many times and when it does work, it will tell others what you chose to go see.  You expect your choice of movies to be kept private and confidential.  Anti-Virus experts and companies will label Moviecare.com to be a Hacker's wet dream.  Hundreds of thousands of identities are stolen as a result. 

     Critics of Moviecare.com will be labeled by the mainstream media such as CNN, MSNBC, Huffington Post, Salon, LA Times, as racist, sexist, misogynistic, etc.  They will claim that they dont want Americans to be happy and that they don't want the poor to be able to watch movies.  They will claim that this law will create more jobs.  They claim that watching Movies and owning movies is a right and condemn people for making a profit! 

     Theaters will start to go out of business as a result.  First it will be the small mom and pop two screen theaters that aired classic movies based on changing genres and themes.  Then you will see the small companies that provide consumables for the patrons to enjoy their movie with go out of business.  This will leave only the mega theaters and the big corporate popcorn, soda, candy, snack providers in business as they will be able to afford to adjust their business models to all the thousands of new regulations. 

     As Americans begin scrambling to find a theater at various times of the year, you will see long waits to see movies.  Theaters will begin to close their doors to the public due to lack of profits, poor quality of films being produced by Hollywood due to the lack of competition, and because they cannot afford to pay the big corporations that provide them with consumables.  Private Organizations that used to provide subsidies for movie tickets would be abolished by the new law.  Questionnaires will be required to be filled out after each movie in order for that movie to count toward your requirement for the year.  They will include completely irrelevant and offensive questions such as do you have a gun in your home, or if you use lube when you have sex.  Failure to answer ALL questions will result in that movie not counting.  Questions answered a certain way may put that person at risk for an audit by the IRS or in certain circumstances, a No Knock SWAT raid!  

     The public will demand to know if this law is working by seeing numbers of Americans who have become happier and trivially smarter by having to go see and own movies.  The government will lie about approval ratings and lie about improved numbers.  Election time comes around and the Government will issue a gag order about the real numbers or how much movie tickets will go up as a result until after the elections.  Those exemptions for the Writers and Actors will expire after the President is re-elected.  The media will stay silent and protect the President even at the expense of their journalistic integrity. 

     Americans will begin to notice that while they are paying a higher price for their tickets and consumables, that others will pay little to nothing for theirs.  They will experience more crowded conditions and more rudeness from those who perhaps didn't pay as much and therefore dont really have the same level of appreciation and respect for others as those that paid full price.  Actors and Writers will begin to see the Government dictating the terms of their contract.  The Government will require that they be involved in X amount of movies per year and begin to see limits placed upon their pay.  Actors and Writers will cease to make movies for Hollywood.  They will take their craft underground and become a concierge service providers off the books.  Movie quality will take a steep nose dive as only those with very little talent and experience will remain. 

     It will come out that those involved with crafting this law will say that this law passed due to the "Stupidity of the American Voter" and that this law was written in a torturous manner as to keep the CBO from scoring it appropriately.  Those politicians that voted for this law will disavow knowing anyone that actually crafted this law. 

     Maybe Hollywood actors/actresses, writers, directors, etc.  will think about this before opening their self righteous pie holes in defense of the Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare.
