Three Ways President #Obama Does Not Love America, #GOP Leaders Sitting Back Letting It All Happen

President Barack Obama does NOT love America.

Since the November 4th 2014 midterm elections which saw the Republican Party retake majority of the US Senate and add more seats to their control in the US House, President Obama has launched effort after effort to undermine our constitutional rights and freedoms all under the guise of Executive Authority via Executive Orders.  Among the most damning is his order for Amnesty for 4-5 million Illegal Aliens in this country.  The United States is indeed a melting pot, a nation of immigrants.  However above all else, this nation is a nation of laws, the chief among them is the law of the land that is the US Constitution.  President Obama with this order seeks to validate the law breaking by millions of people who have come across our borders illegally or have come into this country on work visas and simply refused to leave after expiration.  This amounts to validation of lawlessness.  Recently, South Carolina Representative Trey Gowdy said that we must be careful with what we do with the law.  This is because once the law is allowed to be broken for political expediency, the law loses its teeth.  The law no longer has the respect that it should and will be willfully broken with little to no fear for repercussions.
President Obama has also with the coercive authority he possesses had the FCC to adopt "Net Neutrality".  This has also been coined as "Open Internet".  This basically turns the Internet into a public utility under the direct authority of the Government.  The public message about this action is to tell internet service providers that they no longer can throttle up or down internet speeds.  The reality of this action is that the FCC and other unelected bureaucratic arms of the executive branch will have discretion in controlling the internet.  This will undoubtedly be used to combat political opponents and their supporters from using the vast resources of the internet to oppose them.  FCC can license bloggers, pod casters, radio show hosts etc. very much in the way that they license over the air radio stations and  TV stations today.  This is a massive blow to our first amendment rights to freedom of speech, expression, press.  If anyone remembers from their United States history classes the Alien and Sedition Acts of President John Adam's day, they will agree that Net Neutrality is the online version of that.  For those not familiar, the Alien and Sedition Acts sought to censor and punish anyone caught criticizing the President over his positions such as the French Revolution.

President Obama has also taken aim at our Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms without infringement by back door methods in the recent weeks by attempting to ban certain ammunition.  Particularly the ammunition type used in the widely popular AR-15 tactical rifle.

The question that must be asked is why didn't President Obama lead Congress to take legislation on any of the aforementioned issues?  From January of 2009 through January of 2011 or the first two years of his first term as president, the Democratic Party controlled both houses of congress and could have passed any number of bills pertaining to the issues mentioned above.  I'm not in any way saying that what they would have passed would have been constitutional.  I am saying that at least the proper process of the Legislative branch writing legislation and the Executive branch signing them into law.  There isn't really but one clear cut reason for this.  President Obama would have never been re-elected.

Unfortunately, both houses of congress are led by two career republican politicians that have long since represented the actual will of the people that they represent.  I am referring to US Speaker of the House John Boehner from Ohio and Senate Majority Leader Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell.  Boehner has been speaker ever since 2011 and McConnell has been Senate Leader since January 2015.  Both have failed to lead on reversing the damage that President Obama via executive fiat has done to this country.  They have also failed to take action to abolish the unpopular healthcare overhaul called "Obamacare".  It seems that living in the DC Bubble for as long as both of them have has rendered them politically tone deaf and toothless.  They both seem content to ride out the last two years that President Obama has left in the Whitehouse.

In conclusion, any elected official that willingly fails to keep their oath of office which is to uphold and defend the US Constitution cannot possibly love America.

The State of #Blacks Today in #America vs #Slavery Days

President Obama would have you believe that Americans of Color are better off today than they were before his presidency!  He thinks that race relations are better off today thanks to his presidency.  Not only do I completely reject this outright, I actually dwell on the state of the black population in America today versus pre-civil war days.  Already I can hear the race baiting poverty pimps that aspire to be like Al Sharpton calling me a racist and that I can't possibly talk about the state of People of Color in America today because Im white and I sure as hell better not be trying to talk about Pre-Civil War Blacks!  However many the criticisms against having this discussion, it MUST be had!  But how could anyone think for even a nano-second that Black people are worse off today than when they were enslaved pre-1865?  How could anyone even conceive the notion that black people may have been better off during their enslavement?

In order to begin answering these questions, one must be willing to entertain the notion that Black People in America today are by far and large being put at a disadvantage by those that they perceive to be protecting them!  That enslaved blacks struggled to be individuals and be free but their spirits were much better off than today!

But how could anyone think for even a nano-second that Black people are worse off today than when they were enslaved pre-1865?  Just look at every segment of our society that is concentrated with black people.  These are areas where crime is high, the economy is low.  Households are broken.  Young are raised by far and large by single parents or other relatives due to one or both parents in jail or worse, dead!  We have a justice system that is inherently biased against blacks for the pure and simple fact that its just easier for police to catch criminals in the inner cities.  Its just easier for the impoverished black person to be hauled into court and be convicted only having a public defender as a defense.  The liberal leadership in these communities are constantly casting a massive shadow of doubt and despair among the people with their cries of racism and police corruption and that they walk around with targets on their back.  That Big Government is the only way that they wont be killed or end up starving and homeless.  They are given a dumbed down education in order for the state to give off the appearance that they are educating these at risk teens.  They get out in the real world more than likely already having experience committing crimes.  They are more likely than not forced to check off that box that says Im a convicted felon for having the misfortune of being caught with drugs or caught with someone else that had drugs.  They are coddled and told they are victims all their lives and to always run to the government at the very first sign of perceived injustice.  They are taught that Affirmative Action was enacted as a form of reparation for the enslavement of their ancestors which they never knew nor personally experienced.  They are raised in a public education system to hate the white man for enslavement in America even though sufficient evidence suggests that the very first slave owner in the 1600s was a black man himself.  Our government welfare system is rigged to keep families apart.  More help and more money and more benefits go to those single mothers who have multiple kids.  Even our IRS contributes to this by granting larger tax incentives to those who file as if they are separated.  Even as we have our first black (ok half black) president in Barack Obama, a Black Attorney General Eric Holder, Susan Rice, etc. even as black people are at the top talent in our sports of Football, Basketball, even as Rap and R&B have made many black Americans wealthy beyond comprehension, they are still told that America is a racist country and that they need to continue supporting Big Government in order for them to come closer to "equality".

How could anyone even conceive the notion that black people may have been better off during their enslavement?  Yes they were enslaved! Yes many were beaten! Yes many died as a result of their inhumane treatment! Yes they were denied basic human rights!  However, no matter what the slave masters did, those slaves held on to their spirit.  They held on tight to their families.  They held on to their dreams of freedom.  They held on to independence and individuality.  They held on to their dignity.  Those that were fortunate to escape, craved an education.  They craved owning land.  They craved earning a living of their own.  Cow towing to their masters was more of an exception rather than the rule.  Can people honestly say these things about most of the black population today?

This discussion must take place, not only in the realm of blogs, not only in politics, but in our own homes!  We must become comfortable talking about race and how minorities are being taken for a ride and how their entire lives are devolving right before their eyes as they are being swallowed whole surrounded by all the empty promises of Big Government.  Join me in restoring the spirit that the slaves of our past had, in restoring the desire for independence, for freedom, for FAMILY!

My #Immigration #Amnesty Plan A Common Sense solution

What President Obama has done is precisely the opposite of what I would call Common Sense.
Here are my simple suggestions for resolving this Democrat led Illegal Immigration crisis.

1) SECURE THE BORDERS
Nothing is going to get resolved until we can secure our obviously porous borders.  What is the point of granting Amnesty when in 10-20 years we will end up with the exact same problems again?

2) STRICTLY ENFORCE CURRENT LAWS
We already have many immigration laws on the books and President Obama missed a great opportunity to use an executive order to have these laws enforced!  What good is Amnesty if we aren't going to make sure that the laws are enacted to prevent this crisis from happening again?

3) TURN OFF ALL ILLEGAL ALIEN MAGNETS
There are far too many government programs in place that are attracting these illegals to risk their lives to cross the border.  Its as simple as this, don't give them a reason to think coming here illegally is worth their life.  Public resources should only be available to those who are here legally and pay taxes!

4) BRING US TROOPS HOME TO SECURE BORDERS
Too many times politicians complain about the costs of securing our borders as an excuse to continue allowing these criminals to continue invading our country.  Bring our troops home from the middle east, and use them to do what they are constitutionally supposed to be doing in the first place which is defending our people, our homeland.

5) DEMAND ILLEGALS EITHER LEAVE OR SIGN UP FOR CITIZENSHIP!
Illegals in this country cost taxpayers billions nationwide every year.  They should either be forced to leave or sign up to be a US Citizen.

6) NO VOTING PRIVILEGES
Illegals in this country that do become US Citizens shall be denied the privilege of participating in our Democratic voting process at all levels.  They denied themselves the perks and privileges of being a US Citizen when they decided to cross the US Border illegally.

7) NO RUNNING FOR OFFICE
Illegals that do become citizens shall not ever be allowed to hold public office or serving on our School Boards.  To do so would send the message that crime pays.  To do so would be to allow criminals to affect our education system.

8) MUST SPEAK ENGLISH TO COMMUNICATE WITH GOVERNMENT
Illegals wishing to become citizens must demonstrate the capability of speaking and reading English to at least the 8th grade level.  Our Government wastes millions every year duplicating documentation in other languages and paying interpreters to cater to those who refuse to speak the language that is taught in ALL our Schools.

I do not feel that these suggestions are in any way Racist or Inhumane!  These are common sense solutions that both are in the spirit of recognizing the US Constitution, and Preserving American Culture!

Double Devil's Advocate, Ferguson Haste and Bias

Just why should people on all sides of the Ferguson Missouri incident of the Cop involved shooting death of Mike Brown be worried about the comments made by their Governor Nixon, Department of Justice head Eric Holder, and President Barack Obama?

If you are concerned about Officer Darren Wilson, you have to be concerned about 2 things.
1) The Governor, Eric Holder, and our President have all three made comments referring to the prosecution of Officer Wilson.  By referring to Prosecution, they have already insinuated that a crime has taken place that needs to be tried in a court of law.  The comments have also set up a bias that there is reason to believe that the Officer committed an offense.  This is dangerous because the 6th amendment to the US Constitution guaranties each individual the right to a fair trial.  How fair can the jury pool really be in light of comments made by high ranking officials in favor of prosecution?  This sets up the situation where Officer Darren Wilson's rights cannot be guarantied.

2) The comments spread across every major media outlet on TV and on the Internet have cast a damaging blow to Officer Wilson's reputation.  It would be very unlikely that any other agency would be willing to hire Wilson in the future even if it turns out that he was innocent of all charges.  The comments made by Nixon, Holder, and Obama are damaging, jury tampering, and both instances are punishable in a court of law.

If you are concerned about Justice for Mike Brown, you have to also be concerned because as I mentioned above, the comments could be considered jury tampering.  Also as I have mentioned, every person has the right to a fair trial.  If Officer Wilson is indicted for either murder or manslaughter, a judge would have little reason to believe that he would receive a fair trial by jury.

On a personal note: I would like to see Nixon removed from office for inciting violence with his comments because they were both unnecessary and unprofessional.  I would like to see Holder removed from office due to his comments labeling this case as racial profiling in light of his duties to remain blind to color.  I would also like to see Congress reprimand President Obama for giving an OK, to have federal authorities involved in what is essentially a local incident.

Ferguson Poem

No Good Crisis goes to waste, this story has been full of haste

For it was Brown and not the Cops who gave chase, For it was Brown who damaged first the cop's face.

Looting and Rioting every place, they only bring Ferguson more disgrace.
Nixon, Holder, and Obama blame Police, The Mainstain Media hates to see the rioting decrease

Grocery Stores burn and Liquor Stores Fleeced Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson came to make Racism increase

If the cop had been black or had Brown been white

None of this would have seen the light

For Brown would have still been alive if he had not tried to fight

That is all I have to say, so have a good night!

Montel Williams further Disrespect for Bloggers

So apparently making a video about something makes you a victim!  That's nice to know!

Montel Williams Does Not Respect Bloggers

Bloggers are not held down by the restraints of the Politically Correct Mainstream Media machine and thus are more than likely to ask the tough questions "reporters" will not.  Thus the reason why celebs like Montel Williams refuse to give proper respect to the only free press left in the United States.
