Why #Representative #AndyBarr Needs Replacing

It came to no surprise to find out that the current KY-6 Rep to the US House of Representatives Andy Barr has a failing Liberty Score grade!  An F!! But what came as a surprise is that he has a LOWER score than Senator Mitch McConnell!  Only 2 points better than Speaker John Boehner!  This is precisely why I am aiming to challenge him in 2016 during the primary in Kentucky!  Please Help me!
